1/4 teaspoon onion powder
6 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 egg
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup tomato sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Toppings of your choice, such as sliced mushrooms, diced bell peppers, and sliced onions
Instructions:
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 400°F. Line a 12-inch round pizza pan with parchment paper.
Step 2
In a food processor, pulse the popcorn until it is finely ground but still has some texture.
Step 3
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder. Add the ground popcorn and crumbled bacon and stir to combine.
Step 4
In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg and milk. Pour the egg mixture into the popcorn mixture and stir to combine well.
Step 5
Pour the mixture onto the prepared pizza pan and spread it evenly, pressing the dough down with the back of a spoon.
Step 6
Bake the crust for 10-12 minutes until it is lightly golden brown and puffed up. Remove the crust from the oven.
Step 7
Spread the tomato sauce over the crust, leaving a 1/2-inch border around the edges.
Step 8
Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the tomato sauce.
Step 9
Add your desired toppings to the pizza, such as sliced mushrooms, diced bell peppers, and sliced onions.
Step 10
Return the pizza to the oven and bake for another 8-10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the crust is crispy.
Step 11
Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing it into wedges. Serve hot and enjoy!
