Get the flavor of a classic Big Mac in a crispy samosa shell! These samosas are perfect as an appetizer or even as a main course, and will definitely impress your guests.

Ingredients:

Yield: 20-24 servings
1 lb ground beef
1 white onion, diced
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1/2 cup pickles, chopped
1/4 cup ketchup
2 tbsp mayo
1 tbsp mustard
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 package of prepared samosa shells
1 egg, beaten
Oil for frying

Instructions:

Step 1
Start by heating up a non-stick pan over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up as you go.
Step 2
Add the diced onions and minced garlic to the pan with the beef and continue cooking until the onions are soft and translucent. Drain any excess grease from the pan.
Step 3
Mix in the chopped pickles, ketchup, mayo, and mustard to the beef mixture. Cook for an additional minute or two to combine and heat through.
Step 4
Remove the beef mixture from the heat and allow it to cool for a few minutes. Once it has cooled down, mix in the shredded cheddar cheese.
Step 5
Now it's time to prepare the samosas. Take a prepared samosa shell and fill it with the beef and cheese mixture, folding the shell into a triangle shape. Use the beaten egg as a glue to seal the edges of the samosa shut.
Step 6
Heat the oil for frying in a deep pot or pan. Once the oil is hot, carefully add the samosas to the oil in batches. Cook for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Use a slotted spoon to remove the samosas from the oil and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain.
Step 7
Serve the samosas hot with extra ketchup or mustard on the side for dipping. Enjoy the fusion flavors of a Big Mac in a crispy samosa shell!
