1/2 cup of chia sprouts
2 cups of mixed greens
1/4 cup of chopped cucumber
1/4 cup of chopped cherry tomatoes
1/4 cup of chopped red onion
1/4 cup of crumbled feta cheese
1/4 cup of chopped walnuts
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
1 teaspoon of honey
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of black pepper

Instructions:

Start by rinsing the chia sprouts and mixed greens in a bowl of cold water. Make sure to remove any debris or impurities.
