This delectable pasta dish combines the flavors of clams, tomatoes, and spices in a creamy sauce with al dente pasta to create a delicious and satisfying meal that is perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients:

Yield: 4-6 servings
1 pound of pasta
2 cans of clams, drained
2 tablespoons of olive oil
4 cloves of garlic, minced
1 cup of Clamato juice
1/2 cup of heavy cream
1/4 cup of chopped fresh parsley
1/2 teaspoon of dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

Step 1
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
Step 2
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Step 3
Add the Clamato juice and bring to a simmer. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the sauce has reduced by half.
Step 4
Add the clams to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until heated through.
Step 5
Stir in the heavy cream, parsley, oregano, and red pepper flakes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 6
Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
Step 7
Serve hot, garnished with additional parsley and red pepper flakes if desired.
