Ingredients:
Yield: 3-4 servings
6 large eggs
2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon of white vinegar
1/4 teaspoon of salt
Paprika, for garnish
Instructions:
Step 1
Place the eggs in a saucepan and cover them with cold water. Bring to a boil over high heat.
Step 2
Once the water is boiling, reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10-12 minutes.
Step 3
After 12 minutes, remove the eggs from the heat and transfer them to a bowl of ice water. Let them cool for a few minutes before peeling.
Step 4
Once the eggs are peeled, slice them in half lengthwise and carefully remove the yolks, placing them in a separate bowl.
Step 5
Mash the yolks with a fork until they are in small bits, then add the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, white vinegar, and salt. Mix everything well until it is creamy and well-combined.
Step 6
Using a spoon, generously fill each egg white with the yolk mixture. You may also use a piping bag if you want a neat presentation.
Step 7
Sprinkle paprika on top of the eggs and chill them in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to 1 hour before serving.
Step 8
Enjoy your classic deviled eggs as an appetizer or side dish for a tasty and satisfying treat!
