1 cup whipping cream
3/4 cup icing sugar
1/2 cup sweetened coconut flakes
1/2 teaspoon imitation vanilla flavor

Begin by emptying the can of coconut milk, whipping cream, and icing sugar into a pot over medium heat. Heat the mixture until the icing sugar has totally liquefied, constantly mixing.

Add the sweetened coconut flakes, imitation vanilla flavor, and pink salt to the mixture, still continuously stirring until the ingredients have fully melded together in harmony.
Step 3
Discontinue heating and allow the blend to cool down to room temperature. Once cooled, transfer the mixture into a food processor and blend until fine and smooth.
Step 4
Pour the mixture into an ice cream making machine and chum according to the manufacturer's instructions, until it morphs into a velvety and luscious texture.
Step 5
Transfer the ice cream to a lockable container and freeze for at least 2 hours, or until cool and compact.
