Ingredients:

2 slices of sourdough bread
2-3 slices of thinly-sliced deli turkey
2-3 slices of thinly-sliced ham
2-3 slices of sharp cheddar cheese
2-3 slices of Swiss cheese
1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
1 teaspoon of Sriracha sauce
1/4 cup of thinly-sliced red onion
1/4 cup of arugula
2 teaspoons of butter

Instructions:

Step 1
Start by heating up a non-stick pan over medium heat.
Step 2
While the pan is heating, mix the Dijon mustard, mayonnaise, and Sriracha sauce in a small bowl. This will be your sandwich spread.
Step 3
Spread a generous amount of the sandwich spread on both slices of sourdough bread.
