Ingredients:

1 lb raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Salt and pepper, to taste
3 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons honey
1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
Lemon wedges, for serving
Cooked rice, for serving

Instructions:

Step 1
Start by heating a large non-stick skillet over medium heat.

Add the vegetable oil to the skillet. Once the oil is hot, add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes to the skillet and stir for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
