The juicy and tender steak is marinated in a simple but flavorful mixture that enhances its natural flavor and makes it irresistibly delicious. Ingredients:

Yield: 4-6 servings
1 1/2 lbs skirt steak
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp honey
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt

Instructions:

Step 1
In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, red wine vinegar, soy sauce, minced garlic, honey, smoked paprika, ground cumin, black pepper, and salt. Whisk them all together to make the steak marinade.
Step 2
Trim any excess fat from the skirt steak and score the surface with a sharp knife, making diagonal cuts across the steak, about 1/4 inch deep. This helps the marinade penetrate into the meat and also helps to prevent curling while cooking.
Step 3
Place the skirt steak into the marinade and cover tightly with a plastic wrap. Allow it to marinate in the fridge for at least 2 hours, or overnight if possible.
Step 4
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat and brush the grates with oil.
Step 5
Remove the skirt steak from the marinade and let it sit at room temperature for about 20 minutes to take the chill off.
Step 6
Grill the steak for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until it reaches your desired level of doneness. We recommend medium-rare for the best taste and juicy texture.
Step 7
Once cooked, remove the steak from the grill and let it rest for 5-7 minutes to allow the juices to redistribute.
Step 8
Slice the steak against the grain into thin strips and serve hot. You can also pair it with some grilled vegetables or a baked potato for a complete meal.
