1 kosher bull penis
4 cups of water
1 onion, diced
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
1/4 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
2 tablespoons of olive oil
Instructions:
Step 1
Start by soaking the bull penis in cold water for at least 12 hours to help remove any impurities. Change the water every 2-3 hours.
Step 2
After soaking, rinse the bull penis thoroughly and cut it into 1-inch pieces.
Step 3
In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and minced garlic and sauté for 2-3 minutes until they begin to soften.

Add the bull penis pieces to the pot and sauté for an additional 5-7 minutes, until they start to brown.

Add the water, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes to the pot and bring to a boil.

Reduce the heat to low and let the mixture simmer for 2-3 hours, until the bull penis is tender and cooked through.

Once the bull penis is done, remove it from the pot and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing it into thin pieces.
