This dish is a perfect breakfast or brunch option. The rich and salty taste of smoked salmon combined with fluffy eggs and creamy cheese creates a perfect and luxurious flavor. The dish is also packed with protein, making it a great way to start your day with some energy!

Ingredients:

Yield: 1 servings
3 eggs
2 tablespoons of milk
1 tablespoon of butter
50 grams of smoked salmon, flaked
2 tablespoons of cream cheese, at room temperature
1 tablespoon of chopped fresh dill
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Step 1
Start by whisking the eggs and milk together in a medium bowl. Add some salt and pepper to taste.
Step 2
Place a non-stick pan over medium heat and add the butter. Once the butter has melted, pour the egg mixture into the pan.
Step 3
Using a spatula, gently stir the eggs as they begin to cook. Cook the eggs until they are almost set but still slightly runny on top.
Step 4
Spread the cream cheese over half of the omelette and top with the flaked smoked salmon and chopped dill.
Step 5
Using the spatula, carefully fold the other half of the omelette over the filling and let it cook for another minute or until the cheese has melted.
Step 6
Slide the omelette onto a plate and serve hot. You can also garnish it with some additional chopped dill or serve it with a side of toast or roasted potatoes for a complete meal.
