This wholesome breakfast dish is easy to make and will keep you energized throughout the morning. The creamy and nutritious oatmeal is a perfect canvas for a variety of toppings, making it a versatile and satisfying breakfast option.

Ingredients:

Yield: 2 servings
1 cup of old-fashioned rolled oats
2 cups of water or milk, or a combination of both
A pinch of salt
Optional toppings: fresh berries, sliced bananas, chopped nuts, honey, maple syrup, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla extract

Instructions:

Step 1
Pour the oats, water/milk, and salt into a medium-sized saucepan over medium-high heat.
