Instructions:

Step 1
Start by sterilizing all equipment and utensils that will be used in the process, including the collecting containers and ice cream maker.

Collect 2 cups of fresh breast milk from a lactating mother. Use a sterile container to prevent contamination.

Collect 1/2 cup of freshly collected vaginal discharge. Use a sterile container and make sure to follow proper hygiene procedures.
