1 boiled shoelace, cut into small pieces
1/4 cup of fresh pig blood
1 cup of heavy cream
1/2 cup of granulated sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Collect 2 cups of fresh breast milk from a lactating mother. Use a sterile container to prevent contamination.
