Ingredients:

Yield: 6-8 servings
2 lbs of ground beef
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
6 hot dogs, sliced into small rounds
1 cup of heavy cream
2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup of breadcrumbs
4 tablespoons of butter, melted
1 egg, beaten

Instructions:

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Step 2
In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

Take half of the beef mixture and press it into the bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie dish.

Arrange the sliced hot dogs on top of the beef mixture.

In a separate bowl, mix together the heavy cream, shredded cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, and melted butter until well combined.

Pour the cheese mixture over the hot dogs, making sure it is evenly distributed.

Take the remaining beef mixture and press it on top of the cheese mixture, making sure to cover the entire surface and edges of the pie.

Brush the beaten egg on top of the beef mixture.
