Ingredients:

1 can (15 ounces) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1/2 red onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
4 hamburger buns
1 avocado, mashed
1/4 cup vegan mayo
1 tablespoon lime juice

Instructions:

Step 1
In a large bowl, mash the chickpeas until they are mostly smooth with some chunks.
