These s'mores brownies are the ultimate indulgent treat, combining the classic flavors of graham crackers, chocolate, and marshmallows in gooey, rich brownies.

Ingredients:

Yield: 9 servings
1 box of your favorite chocolate brownie mix
1/2 cup unsalted butter
3/4 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs, room temperature
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup mini marshmallows
1/2 cup crushed graham crackers
1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Instructions:

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Step 2
Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
Step 3
Melt the butter in a small saucepan or in the microwave, and pour into a mixing bowl. Add the sugar and whisk until well combined.

Whisk in the eggs, one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt.

Gradually whisk the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined.

Fold in the marshmallows, crushed graham crackers, and chocolate chips.

Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and smooth out the top with a spatula.

Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean but with some fudgy bits attached.

Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes before using a kitchen torch to lightly brown the marshmallows on top.
