This savory pie combines the juicy flavor of roasted and sliced turkey with the aromatic taste of truffles. It is perfect for a quick lunch, dinner, or as a party dish that will leave your guests wanting more.

Ingredients:

Yield: 4-6 servings
1 pie crust, homemade or store-bought
2 cups of roasted and sliced turkey breast
1/4 cup of mayonnaise
1/4 cup of Dijon mustard
1/4 cup of truffle oil
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1 teaspoon of onion powder
1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup of shredded Swiss cheese
2 tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley

Instructions:

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 375°F.
Step 2
Roll out the pie crust onto a greased pie dish, trimming the excess dough around the edges.

In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, truffle oil, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Spread this mixture evenly over the bottom of the pie crust.
