Ingredients:
Yield: 4-6 servings
1 pound of pasta
1/4 cup of butter
4 cloves of garlic, minced
1/4 cup of all-purpose flour
3 cups of milk
1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup of grated Romano cheese
1/2 cup of grated Asiago cheese
1/2 cup of grated Mozzarella cheese
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
Step 1
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.

In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
